Who can apply for installments online using Home Credit Pay?
Existing customers and those who are new to Home Credit can apply. Qualifications:
- Age between 18 to 68 years old
- A Filipino Citizen
- Employed for at least 3 months or self-employed, a Businessman, or a pensioner
- Must have his/her personal email address
- Application with Home Credit has not been rejected for the past 90 days
How can I purchase online on installments using Home Credit Pay?
Please proceed to Kickscooters website https://kickscooters.ph/ Select the item you want to avail, Click Pay on installment with Home Credit Pay and you will be redirected to our online application form. Make sure to answer all the fields and provide the requirements before clicking the submit button.
What are the requirements?
You only need to provide 2 valids IDs, with at least one containing your current address. You can check the list of accepted IDs on our website by clicking this link https://www.homecredit.ph/all-about-loans/how-can-i-get-a-loan/
How much is your interest?
Interest amount depends on various factors such as the price of the item you want to buy, the down payment you can afford, and your chosen payment terms. You can go to our Online Form and have an idea on how much your monthly installments will be.
How much is the downpayment?
We recommend that you pay the highest down payment you can provide for lighter monthly installments.
What is the minimum and maximum loan term?
You can choose a loan term between 9 to 24 months.
How can I pay for the down payment?
You can pay your down payment upon claiming or delivery of the purchased item.
My application was rejected. When can I apply again?
You can try to apply again in 3 months.
My application was cancelled. Can I apply again?
Yes, you may redo the application process.
My item is for pick-up. Can somebody else claim it on my behalf?
No. Only the customer who applied for the loan can claim the item.
What will happen if the item was not picked up?
You will be contacted by our partner from where you purchased the item regarding the pick up details. If it is not picked up within 15 days, we’ll just cancel your loan application.
What if the item I purchased was lost/stolen/defective, will Home Credit replace it?
No. You may coordinate directly with the partner where you purchased the product.
How can I pay my Home Credit loan?
